Use Swing on purpose.

These terms govern your use of Swing, provided by Aspire Labs, Inc. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

The product

Swing is two things: Rotblock, a Screen Time blocker built on Apple’s Family Controls, and Morning Mantra, a morning routine. Both require a Swing account. The App Store release is free in full — it has no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no paid tier.

Not medical or emergency care

Swing provides general wellness and productivity content. It is not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or emergency care and does not replace a qualified professional. If you may be in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Screen Time limitations

Protection uses Apple frameworks and depends on iOS permissions, schedules, system behavior, and device state. Swing cannot guarantee that every shield, notification, widget, or direct-open route will appear in every circumstance. You remain responsible for your device choices. Recovery controls must never be used to prevent another person from safely accessing their own device.

Subscriptions

The App Store release of Swing offers no subscription and no in-app purchase. Nothing in the app is paid, and there is nothing to cancel.

If a subscription was purchased in an earlier or beta build, Apple remains the merchant of record: payment was charged to your Apple ID, and Apple handles billing, refunds, grace periods, and family ownership under its own terms. You can manage or cancel any such subscription in your App Store account settings. If we introduce paid features later, we will update these terms before they go on sale.

Accounts and acceptable use

Using Swing requires an account created with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse Swing, interfere with the service, probe security, upload unlawful material, infringe rights, or use automated access except through an interface we provide.

Content and intellectual property

Swing and its original software, design, and content are owned by Aspire Labs, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Swing under these terms. Factual source links and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, pause, or retire features. Where a paid entitlement was purchased in an earlier build, we will not intentionally remove access to it except where required for safety, law, platform policy, abuse prevention, or service discontinuation. Cached and offline behavior may differ from connected behavior.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swing is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Swing, delete local data, or delete your account and cloud data from Settings at any time. We may suspend service for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.
