Swing Support

Get unstuck.

Swing is Rotblock, a Screen Time blocker, and Morning Mantra, a morning routine. Start with the shortest fix below; if it does not solve the problem, send feedback from Settings so diagnostics can be included only with your permission.

Fast recovery

  1. Open Swing directly from the Home Screen.
  2. Open Rotblock settings and pause or edit the active protection schedule.
  3. If authorization was removed, open iOS Settings and re-enable Screen Time access for Swing.
  4. If a shield route does not open Swing directly, use the Swing widget or the notification fallback.

Family Controls permission

Swing asks for Apple Family Controls authorization only when you set up protection. If you denied it, your onboarding progress is preserved. Return to Swing’s setup screen or iOS Settings to try again.

A protected app is still blocked

Open Swing, pause the relevant schedule, and confirm that protection shows as off. If the state is stale after a reboot or time-zone change, open Rotblock settings once so Swing can reconcile the schedule. Do not delete Swing while a critical schedule is active unless you can first disable protection.

Purchases

Swing is free. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase, so there is nothing to buy, restore, or cancel. If you purchased a subscription in an earlier or beta build, manage it in your App Store account settings; Apple handles billing, refunds, and grace periods under its own terms.

Offline use

Rotblock and Morning Mantra retain local or bundled fallbacks, so both keep working without a connection. A network failure should never create an endless or blank intervention.

Privacy and data

Settings includes analytics controls, local-history deletion, account data export, and account deletion. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
